IN THE WORKS Mothers and their princesses have a new nail salon where they can spend quality time together while getting their feet soaked in cucumbers or mint. Judy Pham opened Zen Nail and Spa last week on Dowlen Road next to Marble Slab Creamery. The ample salon includes five professionals who were all busy Friday morning doing pedicures on women lying comfortably in big massage chairs.
