Sony Pictures has, according to Deadline, secured a new spec script today with In the Deep. Hailing from scribe Tony Jaswinski, the thriller is teased by the outlet as "'127 Hours' meets 'Jaws'" and is said to offer a protagonist in form of a woman in her 20s and an antagonist in the form of a great white shark.
