Senh: An impressive win for the Miami Heat. Orlando's one of the top teams in the NBA, and Miami destroyed them.
Senh: It's interesting that the league and media were just as skeptical about Boston's Big Three when they were first formed. They were saying that other than KG, Ray Allen, and Paul Pierce, the Celtics didn't have anyone else and that previous big three's had failed to get a championship. How wrong they were. I don't think Miami's Big Three is as complimentary as Boston's, but the rest of their team are coming together nicely - signing Mike Miller, Juwan Howard and Big Z and resigning Udonis Haslem and Jamaal Magloire. That's a pretty solid front line.
Senh: Derek Fisher and Juwan Howard? These are decent veterans to help the trio of Lebron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh. Derek Fisher has proven useful wherever he went. Both of these guys would be a great fit for Miami.
Senh: Doug Collins made an interesting comment - Lebron James leaving Cleveland and Chris Bosh leaving Toronto automatically weakens each of those playoff teams in the East. Now, two more playoff spots open up in the East. In terms of playoff impact, it mostly impacts Orlando and Boston, who are title contenders in the East.
Senh: Wow. This free agency is getting really interesting. Now, where will Lebron go? If he really wants to win a championship, then there's no question that it should be Miami. If he's going for the money, then he's staying in Cleveland. With Bosh going with Miami, there's really no chance that Lebron's going to New York, even with Amare Stoudemire.
