ASUS using Android to bring Linux back to netbooks

ASUS on Friday said it has been developing a netbook based on Google's Android platform that would ship by the end of 2009 -- and would make Linux on netbooks a real alternative to more expensive (not to mention closed) Windows PCs.

Worm infecting computers!

Judging from the complaints and questions filling my inbox, Windows security looks like it's already on track for its worst year this decade. The latest attack is a worm called Downandup, Downadup, Kido!, or Conficker (all the same thing), and it primarily seems to be being delivered via infected USB drives.
