Newspaper Objects To Order To Not Publish Story

(AP) — A Connecticut newspaper is challenging a state judge's order that prevents it from publishing a story about a child custody case, calling it a violation of freedom of the press guaranteed by the First Amendment. Frazzini on Monday prohibited the Hartford-based weekly newspaper from running a story based on a court document that previously was publicly available in the case before it was transferred to juvenile court earlier this month. In a brief objecting to the injunction before Frazzini approved it, the Law Tribune quoted a 1976 U.S.
