Display Resolution Explained: What is FHD, QHD, UHD, 4K, 5K, 8K?
Resolution, to define simply, is the number of pixels on a display or screen. A single pixel, or a discrete picture element, is but one tiny dot on the screen. That’s a lot more pixels in the overall image — totaling over 8 million pixels. As always, the higher the resolution, the sharper the picture will be.
