Police – City of Hartford
Hartford Police Activities League (PAL) The Hartford Police Activities League (PAL) is a non-profit unit within the Hartford Police Department, committed to improving the lives of inner city youth through recreational activities and educational programs through positive alternatives to life’s choices and mentoring.
Youth Programs - The Police Activities League Of Hartford INC
Most of the mentoring aspects of our program are integrated into our after school program. PAL provides each of its youth with a PAL mentor officers, additional volunteer officers, as well as exposure to the Hartford Police Explorers during program. The mentor officers’ conduct follow-ups, conferences and one-one activities with youth.
