"I'm no" is only used in front of nouns, and is a saying to mean "I'm not" or "I'm not much of". "I'm no hero"=Im not much of a hero/not a hero. Etc. But remember this can ONLY be used with nouns referring to people and certain phrases, for the most part. "It was no small feat" is a good exception.
