Narwhal, a small toothed whale found along coasts and in rivers throughout the Arctic. Narwhals usually attain a length of 3.5 to 5 meters (11.5 to 16.4 feet). Males possess a long straight tusk that projects forward from above the mouth. The tusk grows more than 3 meters (9.8 feet) long.

Narwhal - Wikipedia
The narwhal ( Monodon monoceros ), is a species of toothed whale, and the only member of the genus Monodon. Its closest living relative is the beluga whale, and cases of interbreeding between the two species has been recorded.
