(AP) — The panel of experts reviewing the 2012 mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown is officially wrapping up its work after two years. The group of experts released a 256-page draft report in early February, calling for new gun control measures, detailed school building standards and a new approach to mental health care.
