Marshawn Lynch was absent as expected on Friday when the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks began training camp. Lynch has 1,066 carries for 4,624 yards and 41 touchdowns in the regular season since joining the Seahawks. The embattled Pro Bowl wide receiver reported to Browns training camp and passed his conditioning test as he awaits an appeal hearing with the NFL on a possible suspension. Gordon was suspended for the first two games last season, but still led the league with 1,646 yards receiving and scored nine touchdowns. Matt Cassel has started the Vikings' training camp as the starting quarterback. Minnesota placed cornerback Captain Munnerlyn, safety Andrew Sendejo and tight end Chase Ford on the physically unable to perform list.
