N.j. Team Wins $25k Prize For Robocall Killer App

Automated robocall programs designed to scam consumers have long been the target of federal regulators who have struggled for years to figure out how to hang up on them. On Monday, the Federal Trade Commission awarded a $25,000 prize to two New Jersey men for developing a phone app that can distinguish between live and recorded voices.
