No Flooding Issues Linked To Friday Storm

Residents who live near the Fox and Des Plaines rivers could breathe a small sigh of relief this weekend after rain showers on Friday night did not result in major flash floods as predicted and feared. The rain added .75 inches of water in the northeast, to 2.5 inches in the southwest.
