Businessman Noel Ginsburg has officially kicked off his gubernatorial campaign, giving a stump speech in front of family and supporters at his manufacturing plant in Denver Saturday a day after hosting a rally in Pueblo. In his 20-minute speech, the Democrat emphasized the importance of creating “home grown” workers, alluded to putting more money toward education and infrastructure, and painted himself as a quiet “workhorse” in a bid to separate himself from the crowded race of “showhorse(s).” “For me, running for governor is not the fulfillment of a lifelong dream,” Ginsburg said.
