From Staff ReportsNORMAN — A Norman man was arrested Friday night after firing shots at officers responding to a domestic disturbance call, authorities said. About 6 p.m., officers were called to a home on Crystal Court in northeast Norman where they found Richard Watson, 32, angry and intoxicated.Read more on NewsOK.com
