North Miami Beach Mayor Myron Rosner is feeling the holiday spirit, but some of his constituents are not.<p/> Rosner paid for 20 bus stop advertisements in North Miami Beach with his mug and the greeting ``Mayor Myron Rosner wishes you happy holidays.'' Another one wishes the North Miami Beach community ``Happy Hanukkah.''
