The city of Novi has received two 2015 Keep Michigan Beautiful Inc. awards in recognition of the work it did on a park and a gazebo.The city says development of Pavilion Shore Park on Thirteen Mile Road was largely funded by a Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund development grant. The 11-acre park opened in August 2013.
