MERRICK, N.Y. — Police say a Colorado man traveled to Long Island and made inappropriate sexual contact with a 16-year-old girl. Luke A. Tilsley of Denver was arrested Friday by Nassau County Police at the Long Island Rail Road station in Merrick. Police say Tilsley began communicating online with the teenager in October.
