ALBANY — A recent crackdown on speeding and aggressive driving has resulted in more than 21,000 tickets being issued to motorists across New York state.While many of the tickets went to drivers caught exceeding the speed limit, nearly 350 were written for distracted driving.The New York State Police says troopers also arrested more than 230 people for impaired driving over the course of the stepped-up enforcement period, dubbed "Speed WeeK" by authorities.
