As Obama, Castro Thaw Relations, Many Cubans Coming Across Texas Border

Most Cubans are coming across the Texas border rather than braving the treacherous waters to reach Miami — for decades the more traditional route — and many are landing in Houston, drawn by the city's proximity to the border, low housing costs and plentiful job opportunities.
