Obama: Economic Remedies Yield Signs Of Progress

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama said on Tuesday his administration was confronting the economic crisis on all fronts and seeing signs of progress as he sought to reassure recession-weary Americans about his recovery strategy.
