President Obama on Sunday responded to Republican critics who have accused him of acting like an emperor with his recent immigration actions, repeating his challenge for Congress to "pass a bill." During an interview that aired Sunday on ABC's "This Week," Obama said he would prefer to address immigration issues through bipartisan legislation.

(WASHINGTON) — An American soldier has been arrested in Russia and accused of stealing, according to two U. S. officials. U. S. officials said the soldier, Staff Sgt. Gordon Black, 34, was stationed in South Korea and was in the process of returning home to Fort Cavazos in Texas. Instead, officials said he traveled to Russia.
