Obama: U.s. Will Respond To North Korea As We Choose

President Obama said the U.S. will "respond proportionally...in a manner we choose" to North Korea's massive cyber attack on Sony over the film 'The Interview.' He made the comments before North Korea ordered a joint probe into the hacking.
