O'fallon, Mo., Man Who Said Marijuana Was Medicinal Pleads Guilty

ST. CHARLES COUNTY  •   An O'Fallon, Mo., man who said he was growing marijuana for his own medicinal use, has pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
