Residents evacuated early during the Hayden Pass fire may briefly be allowed back in their homes Friday. Fremont County Sheriff Jim Beicker said Thursday they are working on a plan to allow residents evacuated from County Road 6, County Road 40 and the Fox Creek subdivision of Coaldale to get back into their homes for two hours to get their belongings and wrap up some things they hoped to do there.
