Alcohol sales during school events are specifically prohibited. It won't change much — soccer fans have been imbibing for a while now at Energy FC matches. Draper reservation land The Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust board agreed to sell 1.1 acres within the Lake Stanley Draper Reservation to the Catholic archdiocese for $10,000, for a cemetery that has expansion plans.
