Robbyn Wacker, the outgoing president of St. Cloud State University, is stepping down from the post two months earlier than expected, and ahead of expected budget cuts forecast by Minnesota education officials.
St. Cloud Live has a report on the departure of Wacker, St. Cloud State's president since 2018.
