An woman accused in a deadly hit-and-run accident in Oklahoma City has been charged with second-degree murder. Prosecutors on Tuesday also charged 28-year-old Shannon Rose Delaware of Oklahoma City with leaving the scene of deadly accident and driving with suspended license. Prosecutors allege Delaware was driving a Chevrolet Monte Carlo May 11 that struck 45-year-old Terry Garner at an intersection on the city's south side.
