By Paul Monies Business Writer pmonies@oklahoman.comA hearing on a new billing structure for Oklahoma Gas and Electric Co. customers with rooftop solar panels will go ahead as planned after an administrative law judge heard arguments Monday to dismiss the case. Oklahoma Corporation Commission Administrative Law Judge Jacqueline Miller said she would rule on a motion to dismiss the case in a report to issued later to the three-member commission. In the meantime, the hearing on OG&E's application is expected to start at 10:30 a.m.
