With less than a year before the primary election, the only Dems who have announced a campaign across Oklahoma are those running for governor. That leaves lieutenant governor, treasurer, attorney general, state auditor, state superintendent, insurance commissioner and corporation commissioner without a Democratic candidate so far. For Kalyn Free, a party regular and attorney in eastern Oklahoma, she's not surprised. “Politics has become such a blood sport, and it's wildly expensive,” said Free, who ran unsuccessfully for Congress in 2004.
