By partnering with local clinics and hospitals, Tulsa Project Woman was able to provide mammograms and, if necessary, breast cancer treatment free of charge to those who qualified for the aid. The nonprofit’s success enabled it to extend services to all 77 counties in the state, and in 2009 the name was changed to Oklahoma Project Woman to accurately reflect the expansion.Read more on NewsOK.com
