Plans being submitted by developer Blair Humphreys to the Oklahoma City Planning Department also show the Riverfront Recreational Plaza will connect with bike trails that adjoin the seven-mile stretch of the Oklahoma River. “While we have big plans for how the airpark and plaza will evolve over time, for now we realize this is merely a plaza in the middle of an abandoned airpark,” Humphreys said.Read more on NewsOK.com
