One Spark’s free crowdfunding mobile communication application is now in operation. It will help guide festival attendees to navigate the venues in the 20-square-block party set for downtown Jacksonville Tuesday through April 12. One Spark officials announced Wednesday that the app has been launched for Apple and Android devices and can be downloaded with no charge at Android’s Play Store and Apple’s App Store.
