Oneok Partners To Build Oil Pipeline

Oneok Partners plans to spend up to $1.8 billion on a 1,300-mile pipeline between the Bakken Shale in North Dakota and the Cushing, Okla., oil market hub, marking its entry into the crude-oil-transportation business.
