Openwave Sues Apple, Rim For Infringement; Shares Spike

Openwave Systems shares are trading sharply higher after the company announced that it has sued Apple and Research in Motion both in federal court in Delaware and before the U.S. International Trade Commission asserting that the two companies violate various patents covering the way mobile devices connect to the Internet.
