The Cedar Rapids Police Department is looking for the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old who was last seen late Tuesday afternoon.According to an Operation Quickfind document issued by the police, Damontie Haggstrom-Wells, 15, was last seen at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at the 7000 block of Edgewood Rd. NW.Haggstrom-Wells is described in the document as being five foot, seven inches in height and weighing 145 pounds.
