SALEM, Ore. (AP) — Oregon lawmakers on Tuesday advanced a proposal aimed at closing a loophole in state privacy laws that recently let a man go unpunished after he took photographs up a teenager's skirt. The state Senate unanimously passed the bill, which would make it a misdemeanor to surreptitiously take photos up women's dresses without their consent.
