The Jacksonville VA Outpatient Clinic, which has been overcrowded nearly since it opened in April 2013 and struggles with among the worst waiting times in America for a facility of its size, is finally getting some breathing room. The Department of Veterans Affairs announced Tuesday the Jacksonville clinic will add 20,000-square-feet at the Brooks Rehabilitation Health Care Plaza on the campus of Memorial Hospital at 3901 University Blvd.
