A 27-year-old Genesee Street man was arrested on charges of attempted third-degree robbery and harassment shortly after he allegedly tried to steal a bicycle by pushing its owner off the bike to the ground in the 400 block of Hertel Avenue at about 8:40 p.m. Sunday.The owner of the bike said Seyed A.
