(AP) — Most of the candidates for three open seats on the state Supreme Court have won favorable ratings from a Pennsylvania Bar Association panel. The release of the judicial evaluations this week comes just before the state Republican and Democratic parties consider making candidate endorsements for the May 19 primaries. The association's judicial evaluation commission reviewed the legal credentials and background of 12 candidates who requested evaluations.
