Pa. Senate's Budget Plan Would Aid Erie Schools

The Pennsylvania Senate on Wednesday passed a 31.53 billion spending plan for the fiscal year 2016-17. The plan would give the Erie School District a sizable funding boost at a time when it faces a multimillion budget deficit.
