Palmer Ridge High football coach Tom Pulford, architect of a wildly successful nine-year run that saw the Bears win three state titles, is stepping down. The Bears head coach is walking away from his post to “prioritize his family and his health,” according to a release sent out by Lewis-Palmer School District 38 on Friday.
