Park Hotels, Rlj Lodging Both See Revenue Collapse More Than 90% In The Second Quarter

RLJ Lodging Trust and Park Hotels & Resorts are the latest of Greater Washington's lodging REITs to reveal staggering revenue declines in the second quarter — but their respective chief executives are optimistic they can ride out the storm. Bethesda-based RLJ Lodging (NYSE: RLJ) suspended operations at 57 of its hotels as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
