STOCKTON — A parolee from Stockton has been found guilty of charges he assaulted a 76-year-old parking lot attendant with a stun gun in downtown Stockton.Jack Perry, 40, is guilty of elder abuse, assault with a stun gun or a Taser and two enhancements of inflicting great bodily injury on a person 70 or older, a jury found after deliberating for about three days.Perry walked up to the victim, Elias Carranco, at about 2:30 p.m.
