WARWICK — The Pawtucket man accused of killing a Warwick jogger in 2013 will be held without bail following his arraignment Thursday morning in Kent County Superior Court.The attorney for Michael A. Soares entered a not-guilty plea on his behalf. Soares, charged with first-degree murder, did not object to being held without bail.Soares, 33, is accused of killing John "Jack" Fay, 66, in Warwick City Park.
