The anti-incentive citizens group credited with killing architecture firm BNIM’s Crossroads Arts District headquarters project with a petition drive earlier this year is preparing to gather new initiative petition signatures for a sweeping incentive reform. The Coalition for Kansas City Economic Development Reform is attempting to collect the necessary 1,700 signatures to force a public vote on its proposed reform ordinance, group leader Jan Parks said Wednesday afternoon.
