Philly Workers ‘fix’ Pothole, Leave Pylon

PHILADELPHIA — Some south Philadelphia residents and a TV station are waiting for the city to explain why a pothole was filled with asphalt and the smashed-in orange pylon that had been marking the hazard. Neighbors tell WTXF-TV (http://bit.ly/28PZ0ZI ) they called to get the hole fixed on 5th Street, a busy road that runs in front of Dr.
