Phoenix Man Part Of Border Complaint

Phoenix resident Alberto Garcia a naturalized U.S. citizen, says on one occasion CBP officers at a border crossing in Arizona dragged him out of his car, handcuffed him forcefully and interrogated him for four hours after apparently mistaking him for being involved with a drug cartel.
