We spotted it. Well, who could really miss it? It's orange. It's yellow. And you can ride in it. The ever colorful Oscar Mayer Wienermobile passed through downtown Bakersfield Thursday afternoon with a Halloween greeting on the side of the vehicle. You guessed it: "Happy Halloweenie!" And it had a pumpkin "face" and a spider web, too.
