TROY — The 30th annual Capital District Garden & Flower Show has brought together local garden and landscape professionals through the weekend at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy to show off a vibrant, 60,000-square foot back-yard environment complete with shrubs, trees, flowers, ponds, waterfalls, retaining walls, sidewalks and lawns. The centerpiece of the show is the annual Floral Design Competition, featuring over 100 amazing and amusing exhibits presented by area professional floral designers, garden club members and amateurs.
